This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you solve real problems and run your own route. ### What the job looks like You’ll run a daily route and visit homes across King County. At each stop, you will: - inspect the home and identify what’s causing the pest issue - apply treatment safely and correctly - explain what’s going on to the customer in simple terms - document your work and move to the next stop ### What the work involves This is active, physical work. You’ll be: - working outdoors in all weather - using ladders - entering crawlspaces and tight areas - working around insects and rodents ### Working with customers You’ll be inside people’s homes, often when they’re dealing with a frustrating problem. You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to: - stay calm - communicate clearly - treat people with respect We’ll help you build these skills. ### What success looks like You: - show up on time and prepared - follow through on your work - stay organized throughout the day - communicate clearly with customers and the team - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - 21 years or older - Eligible to work in the United States - Able to lift, carry, crawl, and work on ladders and in tight spaces - Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions - Comfortable working around insects, rodents, and pest control materials - Able to work independently and manage a daily route without supervision - Strong in-person communication skills with customers - Availability for occasional weekend work and overtime during spring and summer months is a plus. ### Pay & benefits - Starting pay: $25 to $30/hour, depending on experience - Performance bonuses paid on top of hourly pay - Paid training and support to obtain your license - Health, dental, and vision insurance reimbursement - Paid time off and holidays - Consistent, year-round work ### Work environment & growth - Structured work with clear expectations - Independence in the field without micromanagement - Support when you need it
