Pest Control Technician

Job Responsibilities - Manage an established service route and new customers - Perform inspections and treatments for residential and commercial properties - Troubleshoot pest issues and provide effective solutions - Educate customers on services and prevention methods - Maintain strong time management and daily scheduling - Help meet company service and sales goals - Continuously build skills and product knowledge - Train alongside a licensed technician if not yet licensed Qualifications - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude - Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record - Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights - Strong time management and multitasking skills - Must have or be willing to obtain an Applicator or Branch II Field Representative license through the CA State Pest Control Board - Ability to pass a live scan, state exam, and obtain licensing within 90 days if not currently licensed - Must be willing and able to complete a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and meet eligibility requirements to be insured under the company’s auto insurance policy, in accordance with applicable laws.
