You will: - **Complete our paid training program** to become licensed and skilled in pest management - **Follow a route** within an assigned territory; ensure on-time arrival and professional service - **Inspect** interiors/exteriors to diagnose pest issues (don’t worry—we teach you how) - **Apply pest control treatments** safely according to label instructions - **Build trust** through excellent communication and customer service - **Explain treatment plans, recommendations, and preventative steps to customers** - Maintain accurate records using a company provided handheld device - Operate a **company vehicle** safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle & equipment - Work independently while representing Fox’s core values **Safety & Work Environment** We prioritize safety above all else.
