Pest Control Technician

Experience in the pest control industry is helpful, but not required. The company provides intensive and thorough training on an ongoing basis to all employees. A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service are required. The Pest Control Technician position may begin as an hourly paid position and after training change to a production/commission arrangement. Average earnings on this arrangement are $48,000 per year. **Responsibilities** include but are not limited to: 1. Inspect and diagnose pest issues in both residential and commercial settings 2. Provide Pest Management services to residential and commercial customers in a professional manner 3. Be customer service oriented at all times 4. Apply pesticides in safely and effectively in accordance with the label and State regulations 5. Willingness to attend and complete all scheduled training and to become a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator. 6. Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional Saturday work **Qualifications** for this position include: 1. High school diploma or GED 2. Acceptable driving record and background check 3. Ability to work effectively with limited supervision 4. Strong customer service skills 5.
