You will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in AI-driven solutions while creating scalable and impactful digital experiences. ### Accountabilities: As a Pessoa Desenvolvedora RPA/ AI Agents - Pleno, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions, ensuring technical quality and continuous improvement of AI-powered systems. Your activities will include: - Developing and maintaining chatbots and AI agents using artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) technologies; - Integrating automation solutions with APIs and existing systems to ensure efficient data flows and seamless user experiences; - Training and improving machine learning models using relevant data to increase chatbot accuracy and performance; - Monitoring solution performance through metrics and feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization; - Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to development, integrations, and functionalities; - Collaborating with design, product, and business teams to ensure solutions meet user and customer needs; - Performing testing and validation across different scenarios and environments; - Participating in planning sessions to understand requirements and propose technical solutions; - Suggesting improvements and innovations in automation architecture and development practices; - Supporting technical troubleshooting and sharing knowledge with other team members. ## Requirements: We are looking for a professional with experience in software development and a strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
