You'll help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals by designing tailored programs, offering direct instruction, and fostering a sense of community. In this role, you'll play an important part in upholding the Y's mission to build stronger communities through health and wellness. ## Requirements - Certification in personal training and relevant areas of expertise - 1+ year of personal training experience preferred - Ability to demonstrate proper fitness techniques - Strong communication and organizational skills - A passion for helping others and adapting to diverse needs - Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required - YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (within 60 days of hire) - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
