Encourage healthy habits and stay active! ### Your Responsibilities - Demonstrate and teach proper exercise techniques - Participate in community outings using company vans or public transportation - Collaborate with participants and colleagues on personalized workout plans - Motivate participants to reach fitness goals in a fun and safe manner - Assist Yoga classes - Participate in community outings using company vans or public transportation ### Who We’re Looking For - Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset - Someone who is encouraging, able to guide, and support participants in a respectful manner - A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record - CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified) - Certified by : NASM, ACSM, ACE, or NSCA (required) - Knowledge of anatomy & physiology, functional exercises, and basic nutrition. - Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required) Note: This role requires the ability to move and lift up 35 Ibs.
