Personal Support Worker (North York and Scarborough)

The Job As a PSW at Circle of Care, you will support seniors living in their own homes by following care plans. This includes hands-on personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation. You may also help with light housekeeping and provide companionship and emotional support. You’ll travel between client homes during the day within your community. Having a car is helpful but not required. You’ll stay in regular contact with our coordinators and supervisors, who support you and manage scheduling. This Role is a Great Fit if You Are: A recent PSW graduate or equivalent * (see What You Need section below), or an experienced PSW Internationally trained healthcare professionals (e.g., nurse, physician, or other regulated professional). No Canadian certification is required to work with us as a PSW. Hourly Wage: Starting rate: $21.11 per hour, plus a $3.00/hour Permanent Compensation Enhancement, with additional increases based on tenure. A $0.60/hour premium applies to evening and weekend shifts. Partial TTC/Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement of up to 65% of the cost of a monthly TTC pass for PSWs who are driving their own vehicle or taking public transit. Paid Sick Time: Full-time employees are eligible for paid sick time.
