This role requires strong case ownership, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment. * * * # **Key Responsibilities** ## **Litigation & Case Handling** •Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial •Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials •Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel •Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania laws, court rules, and ethical standards ## **Client Management** •Conduct initial consultations and case evaluations (in-person, virtual, phone) •Maintain proactive communication and manage client expectations •Provide legal counsel on risk, strategy, and settlement options ## **Case Management & Strategy** •Maintain ownership of caseload, deadlines, and case progression •Analyze liability, damages, and case value to support decision-making •Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to drive efficiency ## **Legal Research & Writing** •Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence •Prepare demand packages and litigation documents •Conduct legal research and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials * * * # **Required Qualifications** # **Education & Licensure** •Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania •Active member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar ## **Experience** •3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience •Trial, deposition, and negotiation experience required •Experience with motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, or similar cases preferred ## **Skills** •Strong written and verbal communication •Case management and organizational skills •Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment •Problem-solving and analytical thinking ## **Core Competencies** •Accountability and ownership of results •Time management and prioritization •Client-focused mindset •Resilience under pressure •Goal-oriented and self-motivated •Strategic thinking and problem solving * * * # **Work Environment** •Fast-paced, deadline-driven legal setting •High-volume caseload with shifting priorities •Collaborative team environment •Occasional travel within Pennsylvania for court and client meetings ### Benefits Competitive benefits package.
