NetSpend** – Get paid early: Tap into 50% of your earnings before payday. - Ministry Program **About the job:** The **Personal Care Supervisor** Under the supervision of the Manager of Home Care, supervises all direct staff in the Adult Day Health Center and the Home Care departments in conformance with policies, procedures, and standards and all governing state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include the planning, coordination, and implementation of the dementia programming for all direct care staff. **Pay: $59,000-$70,000** **Required Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience - Three (3) years’ experience in a geriatric health setting - Current certification with appropriate state in which program operates as Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). - minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated successful supervisory experience - Certification or equivalent experience demonstrating knowledge of comprehensive dementia care - Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation - Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunization before having direct participant contact. - Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation **Preferred Qualifications:** - Management experience preferred. **Essentials:** - Directs, supervises and evaluates the performance of the C.N.A.s, and P.C.A.s. - In consultation with the Manager of Home Care and other management staff, develops and implements policies, procedures and standards for the Adult Day Health Center and Home Care departments. Communicates changes to staff, monitors outcomes and makes changes as needed. - Conducts interviews and recommends candidates for hire. - Provides for orientation, ongoing training and competency evaluation of staff according to program needs, and state and federal regulatory requirements. Ensures that the job responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities of all direct reports are defined and understood. - Fosters team-building, professional relationships and good communication among staff and other departments.
