Think of the role as part educator, part retail specialist, and part concierge. **Responsibilities** - Educate them on cannabis products, consumption methods, and safe use. - Recommend personalized product options based on their needs. - Stay knowledgeable about new products and industry trends. - Help maintain a clean, compliant, and well-stocked retail environment. - Assist with inventory, order accuracy, and general store upkeep. - Provide the management team with the necessary support to ensure retail store operations run smoothly and comply with applicable rules and regulations, including daily activities, maintenance, and handling of patient information for any reported issues or complaints. - Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld. - Follow all safety, security, and state cannabis regulations. - Support store operations across multiple stations (front-of-house, back-of-house, curbside, etc.). - Management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove job duties at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with business needs.
