Facilitate the movement of children through the permanency process 2. Facilitate child placements and avoid placement disruptions; provide crisis management and supportive counseling to resource parents 3. Recruit adoptive homes for special needs children, with an emphasis on recruiting minorities 4. Conduct adoptive home studies and prepare Family and Child Profiles 5.
