We’re looking for an experienced Performance Team Lead to lead a team of talented UA Managers and drive the growth of our mobile games. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing user acquisition and retargeting strategies across multiple games, while mentoring and developing a high-performing team. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and leverage data to maximize growth, profitability, and long-term success. If you're a data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about mobile marketing and gaming, we'd love to hear from you. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of User Acquisition Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Define and execute the UA and Retargeting strategy across multiple mobile games, balancing short- and long-term growth objectives. - Oversee campaign management across major mobile advertising platforms, ensuring continuous optimization of bidding strategies, creatives, targeting, budgets, and ROAS performance. - Drive strategic planning and budget allocation across channels and titles to maximize business impact. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertising partners and identify new growth opportunities. - Continuously research and evaluate emerging traffic sources, technologies, and advertising formats. - Partner closely with Creative, Product, BI, Monetization, and Data teams to optimize marketing performance and scale successful initiatives. - Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies. - Present business performance, strategic recommendations, and key insights to senior leadership. - Establish and improve team processes, best practices, and performance standards. - 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition, with a strong focus on mobile apps or gaming. - At least 1-2 years of people management experience, leading and developing high-performing marketing teams. - Proven experience managing large-scale UA and Retargeting campaigns with ROAS, LTV, and user growth objectives. - Extensive hands-on experience with self-serve advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, etc.). - Experience managing monthly marketing budgets - Strong understanding of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Ad just, etc.) and the mobile measurement ecosystem. - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into business decisions. - Experience working closely with creative teams to develop and optimize high-performing ad creatives. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools is a strong advantage. - Fluent English (written and spoken).
