The role offers the opportunity to influence growth strategy, shape experimentation frameworks, and maximize marketing efficiency. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will help build scalable acquisition engines and deliver sustainable business results. ### Accountabilities: As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of paid growth initiatives, campaign performance, analytics frameworks, and cross-functional marketing execution. Your mission will be to maximize acquisition efficiency, improve customer journeys, and create scalable growth strategies through data-driven decision-making. - Develop and execute end-to-end paid acquisition strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic advertising, and emerging platforms. - Manage and optimize substantial multi-channel marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend against CAC, ROAS, and growth objectives. - Build localized acquisition strategies tailored to different markets, customer segments, and geographic corridors. - Oversee tracking and attribution systems, including GA4, mobile measurement platforms, server-side tracking, and conversion APIs. - Analyze customer journey data, cohort performance, and attribution insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness. - Create executive-level reporting frameworks with actionable insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. - Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing campaign assets and establish a scalable creative testing process. - Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across landing pages, app experiences, onboarding flows, and other customer touchpoints. - Collaborate with product, business intelligence, and creative teams to improve growth loops and accelerate campaign performance. - Manage relationships with advertising platforms, agencies, and external partners to leverage new opportunities and industry best practices. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a performance-focused marketer with strong analytical capabilities, experience managing large-scale acquisition campaigns, and the ability to translate data into business growth strategies. - 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition roles with a proven record of scaling campaigns and achieving acquisition targets. - Strong expertise in managing advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, App Campaigns, Performance Max), and TikTok Ads. - Experience working with significant marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics. - Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, tracking architecture, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle measurement. - Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, mobile measurement platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar), and server-side tracking solutions. - Strong experimentation mindset with experience running A/B tests, multivariate tests, and optimization programs across audiences, creatives, messaging, and user experiences. - Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, product, and data teams in a fast-movin…
