The Role We Need: PadSplit is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager, Host Growth to lead and scale paid acquisition for Host Growth (the people who own the PadSplits). This role is critical to driving efficient, data-driven growth by owning both the strategy and execution of campaigns across multiple paid channels. You will be responsible for optimizing performance at scale, allocating budget effectively, and building a structured experimentation roadmap that continuously improves results. As a senior, strategically-minded individual contributor, you'll have a high degree of ownership over host acquisition performance—expanding our reach, lowering acquisition costs, and unlocking new growth opportunities that directly support our mission to help solve the affordable housing crisis. The Person We Are Looking For: We're looking for a strategic, highly analytical performance marketer who thrives in a results-driven environment and takes full ownership of outcomes. You bring a deep understanding of B2B acquisition tactics—whether from in-house experience or an agency background—and you're comfortable operating across a variety of spend levels, from lean tests to scaled budgets. You're someone who not only executes campaigns but also understands how to architect and optimize the broader growth engine. You enjoy digging into data, identifying trends, and translating insights into scalable strategies. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing complex, multi-channel campaigns while partnering cross-functionally.
