Check out our website at: http://spineandsportsmed.com/ ### Physical Therapist Qualifications - New Jersey Physical Therapist License or PTA License - New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are Welcome! - Computer Literacy - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills ### Physical Therapist Responsibilities - Accurately evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, both physician referrals and direct access. - Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals. - Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care. - Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists. - Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs. - Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow. - Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care. ### Medical Specialties - Orthopedics - Geriatrics - Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine - Sports Medicine - Neurology - Vestibular - Manual Therapy
