PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled **PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Consultant** to support, enhance, and optimize PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications in a **government environment**. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PeopleSoft technical development, integration, and customization, ensuring compliance with government standards and security policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, customize, and enhance **PeopleSoft FSCM modules** (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Asset Management, etc.). - Work on **PeopleTools** (App Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interface, BI Publisher, etc.). - Perform **data migration, upgrades, and patches** using PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM). - Develop and maintain **interfaces, reports, and workflows** integrating PeopleSoft with external government systems. - Ensure compliance with **government security, audit, and regulatory standards**. - Troubleshoot and resolve **technical issues, performance tuning, and system enhancements**. - Collaborate with functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders to ensure system efficiency. - Provide documentation, training, and technical support. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - **5+ years** of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM technical development. - Strong knowledge of **PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker**. - Experience in **SQL, SQR, PS Query, BI Publisher, XML Publisher**. - Familiarity with **public sector financial processes and regulations**. - Experience with **PeopleSoft upgrades, migrations, and PUM tools**. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with **PeopleSoft Fluid UI and REST/SOAP web services**. - Knowledge of **Federal/State financial regulations**. - Prior experience in a **government or public sector project**.
