Peoplesoft Developer Core Technical Requirements (Critical) Must have at least 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and/or maintenance. Qualification (Mandatory) Must have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent, strong technical and analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive work attitude.
