As our business grows, our leaders need exceptional partners who help them build stronger organizations, make harder decisions faster, and continuously raise the talent bar. As a People Partner, your job is to make the business better through people. You'll partner directly with leaders across SG&A teams to build stronger teams, coach exceptional managers, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure Zipline continues attracting and developing extraordinary talent.
