Vietnam’s employment environment is detailed, highly localised and often still dependent on physical documentation. This role would be perfect for someone who understands that complexity, can identify and escalate risk, and is equally comfortable working with HR systems, employee data and a globally distributed People & Culture team. The right person will be able to balanc e strong local ownership with a flexible, collaborative approach to broader People Operations support . Your knowledge of Vietnamese labour requirements, contracts, tax reporting, unions and insurance will directly influence how confidently and compliantly we operate. Own more than administration. You’ll manage important operational processes, but we’re not looking for someone who simply moves paperwork. You’ll use HR systems, data and tools, including automation and AI-enabled ways of working, to improve accuracy, reduce manual work and create better employee experiences. Build broad People Operations experience. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle and, over time, have opportunities to build your knowledge of our global processes and support work across other regions. About the role This is a hands-on specialist role with genuine ownership. Supporting 30+ employees across Engineering and Finance, you’ll help ensure every stage of the employee lifecycle runs smoothly, accurately and in line with Vietnam’s employment requirements. You’ll keep Go1’s Vietnam People Operations rhythm running effectively, balancing the precision required for compliance with the pace and change that comes with working in a global organisation. Your role will include: Managing employee documentation, labour contracts, contract changes and other local employment requirements. Provide People Operations, compliance, data and systems input into cross-functional projects, ensuring local requirements and operational risks are considered early Maintaining the Vietnam compliance calendar and coordinating annual and quarterly reporting obligations. Supporting processes relating to tax, social insurance, health insurance, group insurance and employee dependants.
