Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience as a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc. 2 years of experience performing data analysis and thematic reporting to identify organizational issues. Preferred qualifications: Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence. Experience coaching and mentoring others. Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles. Excellent teamwork and organizational skills. Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resources Information System (HRIS) systems for reporting. Responsibilities Provide dynamic and responsive coaching and advice for Leaders and Managers on performance management, development, and policy exceptions. Partner with People and Culture (P and C) Partners to deliver unit-specific organizational efforts including reorganizations and large-scale performance management initiatives. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including exits and flexible working arrangements. Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline query management and resolve recurring issues through root-cause analysis. Conduct data analysis to identify employee experience themes and insights that inform decision-making and support high performance.
