We are searching for an People & Development Trainee, who is enrolled in a study program, which requires a mandatory internship. This internship equips you with hands-on experiences starting in January 2027, paid. You will learn to support the People & Development department administratively and operationally with the following tasks: Administration of job applications and organization of interviews Contact person for employees as well as processing requests Active member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee Supporting the implementation, compliance with all company processes and standards Maintenance of employee databases Planning and organizing employee events and trainings, creating posters, maintaining internal communication platform 'Workvivo by Zoom'. Support on ad hoc projects assigned by the People & Development Manager As part of our Soho House team, it's your job to make sure our members and guests have a great experience every time.
