What your day-to-day will look like Culture Programs & Employee Experience Support the implementation of global culture and employee experience initiatives in APAC. Assist with the execution of engagement programs, campaigns, and employee experience activities. Help ensure consistency between global culture initiatives and local execution. Act as a bridge between APAC teams and the Global Culture team, helping bring EBANX's culture and values to life across the region. Provide regional context that helps ensure programs and experiences are relevant for APAC. Internal Communications Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications. Assist with culture campaigns, leadership communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Adapt global communication materials when required. Events & Experiences Support the execution of local and regional events. Assist with logistics, vendors, registrations, materials, and attendee experience. Support the delivery of All Hands, workshops, celebrations, and employee engagement activities. Facilities & Office Operations Be responsible for administrative and operational activities related to office facilities and workplace experience. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office. Handle payments, invoices, purchase requests, and administrative documentation. Manage office supplies, workplace materials, and operational resources. What you need to shine in this role Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and drive execution in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures. Comfortable collaborating across different time zones and supporting a globally distributed team. Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on employee experience. Adaptability and curiosity to navigate different cultural and business environments. Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills. Bonus points if you have Experience supporting regional or global teams. Experience working with employee engagement, survey, or people-related data. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
