Roku is hiring a People Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor supporting the Content and Legal organizations. In this role, you will partner with leaders, front-line managers, and employees to deliver guidance across all functional areas of Human Resources, with particular emphasis on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will play a critical part in aligning people strategies with business objectives, helping teams navigate the unique dynamics of content, creative, and legal environments. Given the nature of these client groups, the role calls for a high degree of discretion, sound judgment, and strong partnership on matters of confidentiality and compliance. You will use data and HR metrics to identify trends, address issues proactively, and support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate anticipates rather than reacts, bringing curiosity, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spirit to a fast-paced and evolving organization. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $144 ,000 and 162 , 00 0 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
