Initiates, develops, and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. - Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs. # **Education** - Minimum - Bachelor's Degree Speech Pathology or Communications Disorder (Required) - Master's Degree Speech Language Pathologist (Preferred) # **Certification/Licensure** - Valid license Speech Language Pathologist.
