**Now Hiring: Pediatric LPN or RN – Private Duty Nursing** **Location:** New Port Richey, FL **Schedule:** 24/7 Coverage Available | 7 Days a Week **Shifts:** 8:00 AM–8:00 PM or 8:00 PM–8:00 AM **Pay:** $28.00–$33.00 per hour NurseCore is seeking a compassionate and experienced **LPN or RN** to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care for a **6-year-old female** with specialized medical needs. Enjoy the stability and benefits of being a NurseCore employee. **Responsibilities** - Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home - Administer G-tube feedings, flushes, and medications - Assist with safe transfers and mobility (client is wheelchair-bound and a fall risk) - Monitor the client's condition and provide ongoing support throughout the shift - Accurately document patient care and communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team **Qualifications** - Current, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license - Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years - Successful completion of required skills assessments, including specialty areas as applicable - Current CPR certification - Valid AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain) - Negative TB screening - Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred - Experience with G-tube care and mobility assistance preferred - Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care - Must meet all applicable state and federal regulations **💰** **$400 Sign-On Bonus** Receive a **$400 Sign-On Bonus** after **90 days of employment** when you consistently work **32–40 hours per week**. **Equal Opportunity Employer** NurseCore is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
