This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, doctor-led organization with strong operational support and long-term growth potential. ## Description ### **OFFERING $20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS** ### **Work Schedule (Flexible – Full-Time or Part-Time Available):** - **Full-Time:** - 2-3 days in Marblehead, MA - 1-2 days in Peabody, MA **Part-Time Options Available** (flexible scheduling across both locations) - **Additional Opportunity:** Will consider **one Saturday per month in Peabody** ## **Position Overview** - **Full-time or part-time flexibility** - Established patient base at both locations - Strong clinical and administrative support teams - Growth and **partnership opportunities** ## **Clinical Responsibilities** - Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and limited surgical procedures - Diagnose and treat oral health conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs - Educate patients and caregivers on oral health, prevention, and treatment planning - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation - Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office leadership to ensure efficient workflows - Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and professionalism ## **Practice Environment** - Busy, well-established pediatric specialty offices - Modern technology and efficient clinical systems - Supportive, collaborative team culture - Strong emphasis on patient comfort, education, and positive dental experiences ## **Compensation & Benefits** - **$20,000 Sign-On Bonus (for full-time providers)** - Competitive compensation package - Flexible and predictable schedule - Dedicated support from Passion Dental leadership and operations teams - Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing, doctor-led organization ## Requirements - DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school - Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program - Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist - Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Nitrous oxide certification (if applicable) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families - Commitment to high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
