Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Pediatric Occupational Therapy Department in Plainfield, Indiana. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to provide occupational therapy services to outpatient and ABA learners as part of our interdisciplinary therapy program under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities - Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist (OT). - Provide direct occupational therapy services to children under OT supervision. - Assist children in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, play, and daily living skills. - Collect data and monitor client progress toward established goals. - Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, and other team members to support positive client outcomes. - Prepare treatment materials and support the implementation of individualized intervention plans. - Educate and support families with home program activities as directed by the supervising OT. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, state, and payer requirements. - Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development. - Demonstrate high integrity and adherence to the company's core values. - Support a positive, collaborative, and learner-focused therapy environment. Qualifications - Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. - Current Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license. - NBCOT certification required. - Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Must be energetic and enjoy working with children. - Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred but not required.
