PEAK - Education Coordinator - Clinical Trials Office

**Pay Range:** Targeted salary: $21.01 per hour, based on experience **Benefits Eligible:** No **Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | **Position Introduction:** *This position begins September 1st, 2026 and end January 31st, 2027.* Assist with onboarding, training, and support of staff members in the Clinical Trials Office of Stephenson Cancer Center. Duties: Facilitate participant onboarding, assign and track training and coordinate completion status with other departments. Coordinate training logistics, such as calendar invites, reserve conference rooms, and facilitating virtual meetings. Provide CTMS application support for new user registration, support, and troubleshooting. Communicate with newly onboarded faculty and staff, providing exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process. Assist the Senior Education Coordinator(s) in conducting live and virtual training sessions. Maintain positive relationships with staff, faculty, and team members. | | --- | | **Required Education and Experience:** Bachelor's degree. Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree 3 years of related experience **Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear correspondence and reports.
