As a PCA, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. **What you’ll be doing:** - Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. - Provide assistance with personal care. - Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises. - Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding. - Flexible scheduling with options for: - 4-hour shifts - 6-hour shifts - 8-hour shifts - 12-hour shifts **Why join us?** - Flexible hours - Paid time off - 1.5 x Pay for Holidays - Travel time reimbursement between clients - Aflac Supplemental Insurance (after 90 days, work 30+ hours a week) - Home & community settings - Direct deposit - Free training **Requirements:** - Minimum of 6 months of experience as a PCA or CNA - Previous experience in clients homes or senior communities(non family). - **Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle** - Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Your safety is our top priority.
