Be able to adapt easily to a changing work environment. Utilize troubleshooting and decision making skills to resolve questions. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.* - Process incoming calls, obtains necessary information to transfer calls to department, personnel and/or extension. - Provides administrative support to call center department by distributing information, documents, and other materials as needed. - Correspond with our customers through inbound or outbound calls - Other duties as assigned - Meet quality and performance standards - Maintain confidentiality of bank record and documents **SKILLS** - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to navigate easily on basic computer functions - Good customers service orientation skills. - Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction - Flexible to work schedule - Bilingual in English and Spanish **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE** - High school Diploma or equivalent - 6 months in an office environment with some receptionist experience desired
