Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change. Complete accurate data entry and data processing within deadlines requiring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Respond to requests for information and assist employees with inquiries. Complete periodic reports and submissions. Prepare documents and complete filing. Answer phone calls, Emails. Assist with employee inquiries regarding payroll checks or deductions on their paychecks. Manages workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Prepare, maintain & track related-payroll records and reports. To process, review and correct punches from electronic time clocks and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy. Maintain payroll information by collecting payroll date from sheet and other records, calculating, and entering data into payroll system. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Experience in an office administrator role Previous experience in one or more administrative departments such as accounts receivable, payroll or human resources highly preferred. Ability to speak effectively with employees of organizations. Must have very strong data entry/typing/computer skills. General PC familiarity required; Ability to use Outlook Email, Word and Excel in daily communication. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system preferred. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma is required, Associate degree from an U.S. accredited Community College is preferred. Must have skills in accuracy and attention to detail, including timely follow-up in expediting exceptions. Must be able to multi-task in fast-paced environment. Work well in a team environment as well as individually. Ability to maintain confidential information. Basic level of working experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications. Effective interpersonal and communications skills.
