Payroll Administrator

Ergon Inc. seeks a full-time **Payroll Administrator** to join our Human Resources team. The Payroll Administrator requires highly developed logical thinking skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion, excellent problem-solving/judgment skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and meet all deadlines. **Payroll Administrator Education and Experience Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. - No prior payroll experience is required; however, knowledge of Kronos software and forms 940, 941, and state unemployment tax filings is a plus, as is former accounting experience. **Payroll Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:** - Prepare and process employee payroll - Track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions - Coordinate efforts between payroll, human resources, budgeting,[...
