**Position Summary** Palziv North America is seeking an experienced Payroll and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for processing payroll for the company, with additional responsibilities managing accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented payroll professional with experience managing time and attendance, resolving payroll issues, and working directly with employees and supervisors in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Payroll** - Process accurate and timely payroll for approximately 150 employees. - Review time and attendance records, overtime, PTO, shift differentials, and payroll adjustments. - Resolve missing punches, timekeeping discrepancies, and payroll exceptions. - Maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations, wage changes, deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits. - Review and reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies. - Respond to employee payroll and timekeeping questions. - Assist with quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing. - Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records. - Utilize ADP/Paycom for payroll and employee record administration. **Accounts Receivable** - Manage customer invoicing and payment processing. - Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts. - Research invoice and payment discrepancies. - Manage collections and follow up on past-due accounts. - Prepare accounts receivable reporting and month-end activities. **Qualifications** - 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience. - Experience processing payroll for hourly employees required; manufacturing experience preferred. - Experience with ADP and/or Paycom strongly preferred. - Accounts receivable or general accounting experience preferred. - Knowledge of payroll and wage and hour requirements. - Strong Excel, organizational, and reconciliation skills. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet strict payroll deadlines. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
