Please see details below: About the Role The Payroll & Accounting Ops Specialist will support the financial operations of Babel Street by executing payroll processes and assisting with broader accounting operations. This role reports to the Accounting Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across U.S. and International operations, and providing operational accounting support across key accounting functions including billing and collections, accounts payable and payments, cash management, tax and other areas. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly responsible, committed and dependable professional with strong payroll and foundational accounting knowledge, capable of managing day-to-day payroll activities and supporting the functions noted above. The role will play a key part in maintaining payroll accuracy, supporting compliance efforts, and contributing to scalable, efficient accounting processes as the company continues to grow.
