As an Fraud AI Applications Product Manager at Riskified, you will lead a broad and complex product domain at the core of Riskified’s business - the analytical delivery of our ML-based Fraud management offering. You will work with senior stakeholders to define our vision and build the strategy to achieve it. You will design products and processes to execute that strategy, work to automate and optimize complex analytical processes and develop Riskified’s next generation analytical performance platform. You will work with data scientists in order to solve optimization problems. You will envision and define the approaches and tactics in which operations teams - fraud experts and analysts deliver best-in-class analytical performance for some of the world’s largest eCommerce companies. You will engage directly with users - internal and external - to identify challenges and opportunities to increase the solution value. You will achieve alignment on the right solutions and build innovative solutions to tackle complex optimization challenges of fraud at scale while handling a large scale AI-based system. What You'll Be Doing Build the next generation of Riskified analytical performance platform to automate and optimize the analytics processes in a way that creates control and visibility, and brings business results Collaborate with our analytics and operations teams to define their needs and brainstorm potential solutions Partner closely with Data Science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive the development of advanced ML-based fraud detection capabilities. Work with clients to understand the business needs and define creative solutions to address those opportunities Own the Analytics Applications roadmap to meet the business goals, while doing hands-on and end-to-end product management, working with developers and data scientists Define and own KPIs that measure the solution accuracy and impact Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of new capabilities to achieve Riskified business goals Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with complex data & analytics solutions - must! Proven experience working with operational teams as users in an analytics-based B2B product - must !
