If you’re a **Patient Service Specialist** who believes relationships matter and meaningful care start from within, you’ll feel right at home here. **What you’ll do** You’ll create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient by: - Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism - Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries - Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays - Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations - Supporting clear communication between patients and providers - Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR - Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready **What you bring** - Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfort working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment - EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred) - A positive attitude and a commitment to patient centered service **Why you’ll Love Working Here** We take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
