**Patient Services Representative (Full-Time)** Are you someone who enjoys variety, meeting new people, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Wake Radiology UNC REX Healthcare is seeking a **Full-Time Patient Services Representative** to provide front desk and administrative support. at our imaging center located in Raleigh. What You'll Do - Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. - Register patients, verify demographics, and assist with the check-in process. - Answer questions and guide patients through their visit. - Verify insurance eligibility - Coordinate referrals and maintain accurate patient records. - Enter patient information accurately into our electronic systems. - Prepare daily schedules and make appointment reminder calls. - Ensure all authorizations and required documentation are completed before scheduled appointments. - Process incoming and outgoing mail and perform other administrative duties as assigned. ### What We're Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum of two years of medical office experience preferred (radiology experience is a plus). - Outstanding customer service and communication skills. - Strong computer and data entry skills. - Ability to multi-task.
