Position posted: 7/15/2026 **RESPONSIBILITIES** Job Specific Competencies: - Demonstrates knowledge and ability to check patients in and out for his/her clinic visit. - Maintains patient demographics and insurance records. - Demonstrates knowledge of basic insurance and billing procedures. - Performs routine duties associated with patient scheduling, payments and co-payments. - Performs secretarial duties in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensures customer friendly telephone communication. - Provides appropriate safety and infection control measures.
