When you do great work here, it's noticed. **What You'll Do** You'll be the calm, organized presence at the front of the patient experience: - Greet every patient like they matter (because they do) and guide them smoothly through check-in - Collect and verify patient and insurance information with the accuracy that keeps care safe and seamless - Enter patient data into our electronic health record system with a sharp eye for detail - Partner with our providers and clinical team to keep appointments and follow-ups on track - Answer questions and untangle registration hiccups before they become headaches - Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards at every step **What Makes You a Great Fit** You don't need a long résumé — you need the right instincts.
