Patient Meal Assembly | PRN

Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Responsible for light food preparation, putting away storeroom stock, pushing carts to food pantry's, units, or catering functions, washing dishes, traying food for patients and assigned cleaning of the kitchen. **What you will do** - Completes assigned tray line positions in an efficient and timely manner. - Delivers patient meal trays to Ambassador staff in an efficient and timely manner. - Cleans and stores dishware, silverware, and cooking equipment according to department standards - Completes assigned cleaning according to department standards - Records food and equipment temperatures and takes appropriate action. - Stores and/or disposes of food items not used on the tray line according to department standards. - Completes simple food preparation, and assembles nutrition items for the patient areas. - Completes documentation to track food cost and delivers items as requested according to department standards. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
