This position is responsible for managing patient accounts, assisting with billing inquiries, and facilitating payment processes to support the financial health of the organization. The representative acts as a liaison between patients and the healthcare provider, helping to clarify insurance coverage, explain charges, and resolve any discrepancies. By providing clear and compassionate communication, this role helps reduce patient stress related to medical bills and promotes timely payments.
