## Description **Job Title:** Patient Care Coordinator **Job Type:** Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) **Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent required - 1 year of related experience required - Strong understanding of healthcare systems, insurance, and community resources. **Job Summary:Discover a rewarding career at Arcare.** As a Patient Care Coordinator at Arcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care throughout their healthcare journey.
