Position Overview Surgical pathology case sign-out (General surgical pathology, GI, GU, breast, biopsy, excision, and resection cases) Frozen section coverage Review may include screening and sign out cytopathology cases(non-gyn) Participate in internal and external quality assurance and performance improvement activities, departmental meetings, and facility-wide training as needed Work closely with the Medical Director and laboratory management team to ensure completion of cases within the required turnaround time (TAT) Direct collaboration with referring physicians Qualifications MD with Board Certification / Eligibility (AP/CP) Fellowship training in Surgical Pathology required 3-5 years of experience preferred Compensation Up to $340,000 (commensurate with experience & subspecialty) Comprehensive benefits package
