Castle Hill Inn is proud to be part of the Newport Restaurant Group! **About the** **Position:** In the Pastry Supervisor role, you will oversees and coordinates activities of pastry production, organization and personnel. **About You**: You are passionate about food. If you feel the same, we want to hear from you. **Qualifications:** - Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed - Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or three years of related pastry experience required - High volume experience is preferred **Skills & Abilities:** - Must be able to stand for long periods of time - Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds - Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
