At Legacy Home Health Agency, we’re looking for a PAS Coordinator Lead to guide our team, strengthen operations, and ensure every client receives dependable, high-quality care. Primary Responsibilities - Lead and support the PAS coordination team in daily scheduling operations - Oversee caregiver scheduling to ensure consistent, timely service coverage - Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent staffing or client issues - Monitor and ensure EVV compliance; guide team in resolving exceptions - Review and maintain accurate documentation of schedules, service changes, and communications - Train, mentor, and support PAS Coordinators and new team members - Collaborate with Field Supervisors to proactively address client needs and service disruptions - Assist with onboarding attendants, including orientation coordination and compliance tracking - Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement Qualifications - Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or scheduling required - Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EVV or scheduling systems - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred - Bachelor's degree required. *Apply today to join our team of dedicated patient care advocates!*
