**Parts & Warranty Coordinator – Marine Industry** **Moss Marina | Fort Myers Beach, FL** Moss Marina is a full-service marina serving Southwest Florida, offering wet slips, dry storage, fuel, a ship store, and a busy service department with certified technicians for Mercury, Suzuki, and MinnKota. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Parts & Warranty Coordinator** to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our service department running efficiently and ensuring timely warranty reimbursement from our manufacturers. * * * **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and submit all warranty claims for **Mercury, Suzuki, and MinnKota** - Track warranty status and ensure timely follow-up and reimbursement - Order parts accurately and efficiently using our LightSpeed system - Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts shipments - Maintain accurate inventory records and perform **quarterly physical inventories** - Work closely with service technicians to ensure parts availability and job readiness - Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient parts department * * * **Qualifications** - Experience in parts, inventory, or warranty administration (marine or automotive preferred) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Comfortable working with computer systems (LightSpeed experience a plus) - Knowledge of Mercury, Suzuki, or MinnKota products is a strong advantage - Team-oriented with strong communication skills * * * **What We Offer** - Competitive pay based on experience - Stable, year-round position in a growing marina operation - Opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-focused environment - Health Insurance and 401K Location Fort Myers Beach, Florida
