As a Parts Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Service and Parts Departments running efficiently by ensuring the right parts are received, organized, and delivered accurately and on time. If you're dependable, organized, enjoy staying active, and want to build a career with a company that invests in its people, we'd love to meet you. * * * # What You'll Do - Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts accurately and efficiently. - Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment. - Pull and stage parts for technicians, retail customers, and wholesale orders. - Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory replenishment. - Deliver parts throughout the dealership as needed. - Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages, damaged goods, or backordered items. - Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. - Work closely with the Parts, Service, and Sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requests. - Follow BMW and Principle Automotive standards for inventory management, workplace safety, and quality. - Contribute to a positive team environment while delivering exceptional internal and external customer service. - Ability to work occasionally 6 am shifts. * * * # What We're Looking For - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Reliable, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to lift and move automotive parts safely. - Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership inventory systems. - Warehouse, inventory, or automotive experience is preferred but not required. - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. - Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements. * * * # Who We Are ## Our Purpose Helping people move through life in a meaningful way. ## Our Niche Providing exceptional service as a trusted and caring friend.
