**Job Title:** **Parts Warehouse Shipping Operator** **Department: Parts Warehouse** **Supervisor: Assistant Manager, Parts Inventory** **Location: Battleboro, NC** **Pay Type: Hourly Position** **8- Hour Shift, Monday – Friday** **Position Summary** This position will be responsible for receiving inventory and pulling, packing and shipping parts orders to customers. This includes using an order sheet to identify and locate specific parts for each order, pulling those parts and packaging them properly according to order specifications. Will be responsible for making sure inventory actions are properly entered into system and accounted for correctly. Duties also include periodic inventories and warehousing duties as assigned. **Position Duties and Responsibilities** - Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) - Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) - Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits - Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization - Report any failures or damage. - Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers - Identify and report any missing, lost or damages and safety problems to the supervisor. - Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment - Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations - Assisting with training of newly employed workers - Conduct daily inspection of all work areas to ensure a high level of housekeeping **Minimum Requirements:** - High School diploma or GED. - Prior warehouse experience is preferred. - Knowledge of operation a forklift is preferred, but not required. - Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 80 pounds. - Ability to work independently and safely. **LS Tractor offers a competitive compensation package that includes:** - Competitive Base Pay and Bonus Pay - Health Insurance – coverage starts on day one, employee coverage paid 100% by LS Tractor, dependent coverage premium 50% paid by LS Tractor - After 90-days – Company paid - Short-term Disability - Long Term Disability - Basic Life Insurance - After 90-days Optional Coverage - Dental - Vision - Accident Insurance - Optional Life Insurance - Cancer Insurance - Paid Vacation and Personal Days - 11 Paid Holidays - 401k with Company match after 1 year
