Join the Cumberland team today – where we offer a career path, not just a job, at a company with an empowering and positive work environment** The primary duties and responsibilities of the Outside Parts Salesperson are to fulfill customer parts needs in the most efficient and accurate manner by: - Responding to customer parts or information requests quickly - Develop business relationships with all customers - Develop game plan for prospecting a designated territory - Communicating internally with parts department and externally with customers - Monitoring the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival - Assisting other Parts Department employees with above tasks as necessary - Organization and maintenance of the customer accounts, including pricing and application materials **Qualifications** - The Outside Parts Salesperson position is a vital member of the Parts Department Team, one who has a direct impact on parts sales and customer satisfaction.
